60 Years Pilatus PC-6 "Porter"

The Pilatus PC-6 Porter is a single-engined STOL utility aircraft designed by Pilatus Aircraft of Switzerland. First flown in 1959, the PC-6 continued in production at Pilatus Flugzeugwerke in Stans, Switzerland. It has been built in both piston engine- and turboprop-powered versions and was produced under licence for a time by Fairchild Hiller in the United States. After around 600 deliveries in six decades, Pilatus has produced the last one in early 2019.

For the occassion of “60 years production” of the PC-6 I have designed a patch which is leaned on a historical patch which was made in the 1980ies. I kept the yellow globe in the background and the style of the lettering but changed the text and obviosly also the picture of the “Porter” itself. Please note that this is not an official Pilatus-patch but something made from an enthusiast for enthusiasts.
